Weather Revamp.

If you adventure into the world you would find boring rain. and thunder. but with this idea it all changes. 

If rain pours onto dirt it becomes mudd!!!

Their will be severe storms if you are in a snow biome when one starts their is a blizzard and snow will rapidly grow and the snow storm will freeze items. you will need to thaw it to use it and you need warmth or you will freeze to death. If you are in a plains. the rain can flood the area. and can also make wood wet. making it so you cannot cut it down because it is to hard to punch. The rain can flood the jungle and make it a very wet place. In the swamp the water will rise causing it to be really hard to traverse through, Small plants can die to overwatering in any biome also. In the desert sandstorms can happen causing a effect that makes it hard to see. You will need shelter to get out of the storm. And their is a chance a hurricane can happen in the ocean. and a tornado can happen on land. If it is sunny but rainy their will be a rainbow. And also the clouds will become darkened if a storm will happen. Also if their is a really severe storm their is a chance for TSUNAMIS. thats all though. i so badly want this added xd
