Lapis should have an upgrade to be more magic based

Because lapis is used to enchant and illagers and witches seem to use it a lot lapis can be used to make new items like staffs that enchance healing for a long time increase eye sight or a spear that is able to deal long time poison or wither effects or add new things that has different advantages and disadvantages to different mobs like magic that works more efficiently on undead mobs while do less damage to normal mobs it shoots how fire doing huge damage to overworld mobs while it doesn’t work as well on nether mobs upgrades enchantments creates new opportunities to make better and new potions get better defender while less damage make lighting strike mobs more often and so much more!
