Portable Jukebox Item

Listening Music Discs in jukebox is very fun, until you're 65 blocks away. In my world I pretty often listening music discs at my base, but i can't just stand there and listen music. I walk around the base, building, harvesting and sometimes I'm leaving the jukebox work area. I tried to place jukeboxes and chests with music discs all over the area, but I'm still need to place music discs in different jukeboxes.

I found the solve of problem — portable jukeboxes (or something like this).

The Main Idea is to develop a new item that allows you to listen music discs in your inventory/hands. It can be useful in journey, travel or when caring for the base. Possible to make it sound only for player with portable jukebox in inventory, or make it sound to all over world but only in 5-10 blocks (if it possible to develop).
