A new "Freshness potion" and the use of sweet berries.

Hello everyone Today I would like to offer my idea for our beloved Minecraft game 
I have come up with a new way to use Sweet Berries!
My idea is that they can be used to brew a new potion!
This potion is called "Freshness Potion", its task is that it gives a speed effect and a new "heat effect", with the help of redstone, you can extend the time of how long the effect lasts.
"heat effect" is a new effect that allows the player:
1. do not fall through loose snow
2. snow and ice can melt around the player
3. a player with a high chance will be able to tame a mob
I believe that if this potion is added, then the players will be happy about it, as it will help players going for example on a hike not to fall through the  loose snow, or it may be useful to people who live in high places where there is a lot of loose snow. This potion can also help players who want to get a lemu/horse/mule/donkey.
I also warn that when they add an ostrich, if a player with this effect wants to tame it, then the ostrich, because it lives in hot biomes, so to speak, will be offended by the player and will be tamed by the player with a lower chance (or maybe the player will have to forget about this ostrich at all)
