Sculk Dimension

I think that there should be a new dimension made of Sculk and inhabited by warden-like creatures. For starters, make the warden drop its heart when it dies and make it so the player can drop it onto the reinforced deepslate portal frame. Furthermore, this new dimension should have new ores, a new tougher armour and stronger weapons as well as a much tougher boss mob. I want this done because I feel like Minecraft 1.21 needs some more endgame content.
