The phantom dimenson

My idea is about a sky dimension which would be accessable in two ways. The first way is towering up

there and the second is throwing up a new ender pearl which could be crafted with 8 fantom membrane and an end pearl. It would have items only be found there like fantom stone which can be crafted to fantom stone stairs and slabs. Also an item only there, the dyed glowstone which if you mine it drops dyed glowstone dust and it could be found in green blue and pink colors. also there would be a stroucture in the middle of everithing a temple that would have a 10% chance of having a netherite block in it in the chests. The temple would be made out of fantom stone and you have to be carefull wile you are in it beacuse if you don't watch out a big fantom would start attacking you as a normal fantom would do. The only difference beetween the normal and this is the size and the damage. it would damage five hearts without armor. He would apper to the noise of opening a chest. also fantoms and antoms could spawn. Antoms are smaller phantoms wich are passive, but as soon as you hit them they start attacking you. they would deal half a heart without armor. and up there the sun will not light the surface so the fantoms can live. This whole thing would need a taller build limit. and thats all.
