Why aren't tnt duplicators in bedrock?

Minecraft bedrock and Minecraft Java have a lot of differences. one major one is a tnt duplicator. I would love one on bedrock. Why I would like one? I would like one because the potential benefits for us bedrock players are limitless. Tnt duplicators are a massive part of a massive variety of farms. Tnt duplicators make those farms easier by one hundred fold. If you were to implement it you could make it cost a netherite block I just want one in bedrock.
