More additions for cactus; Redstone? Fruit?

Waterlogging leaves was added recently, got me thinking, waterlogging cactus? Similar to dispensers but without using redstone, waterlogging a cactus would disperse water from its source for x amount of time, then retract, would output a redstone signal to observers with each change
Fruit; Cactus fruit that has low hunger replenish, but high saturation, similar to chorus fruit, grows on top of a fully grown cactus
