23w31a Librarian Changes

The recent changes in snapshot 23w31a are a little aggressive in my opinion. Getting full enchanted gear is definitely too easy, but this is way too drastic. The villagers should still be able to sell max level enchants, they should still have more randomness on the lower level trades, and there should be a way to create a biom’s villager without breeding or curing them at location. The zombification discount should not be capped at once, there should be a minimum level it can bring trades to but it should work infinitely until then. I really like trying to shake up this system but this would make the endgame unbearable to get to, not more difficult. If you are going to do this you have to remove or heavily raise the too expensive cap on the anvil as well.

Changes to librarian would now require unnecessary or unwanted travel for 1 enchanted book mind you that's easy late game but a waste of time and effort not only setting up a village there but curing zombie villagers transport normal villagers 5-10k blocks I'm sorry but without mending or unbreaking say bye to your elytra when breaks and you fall from the sky
