Allow Echo Shards To Be Crafted Into Tools And Armor

If you gather six Echo Shards you can craft armor and weapons. The armor and tools would be given special abilities as well. It may be a dangerous venture but the outcome would be totally worth it. 

Maybe giving the sword a sonic slice ability, a short range attack that deals knockback to other entites. The bow could shoot a sonic boom, and the axe and pickaxe could utilize the sonic boom to gather more materials. The armor could have more strength than netherite maybe. It should probably only be able to be crafted by going to the new dimension
