One of the most overlooked and common biomes in the entire game of Minecraft are beaches, but currently, beaches are just a boring patch of sand with the occasional sea turtle or two. To bring life to these boring beaches, Palm Trees could generate with coconuts on them. Palm Tree wood could be similar to jungle wood but with more of a yellowish color. Coconuts can be obtained be either breaking them off of the palm tree, shooting them with an arrow, or throwing a trident on it. When a coconut is shot with an arrow (or the supporting block is broken) it could fall off of the palm tree (like an anvil) and damage any entity that it hits. If it lands on a player or a zombie/skeleton, it could present them with a coconut helmet, a low durability armor piece that could remove any bad potion effects. The only downside to it is that it would have very low durability, probably less than a gold helmet. When broken, these coconuts could present you with coconut halves, which when eaten, take away any bad potion effects (a lot like milk, but it only removes the BAD effects). The downside is that coconuts would be sort of uncommon (like apples). To bring more life to these beaches, Seagulls could probably spawn on them. When fed 5-10 cod, these seagulls could fly out in one direction for a while, before returning to the player with a random item.
