Move full chests

I think you should be able to carry full chests, with two prerequisites for balance.

1- Silk touch needed

2- You can only walk at sneak speed while carrying the chest.

 

This way you could rearrange things with less fiddling, yet not be the equivalence of an early game ender chest or having a portable chest used as storage.
