Sign changes

Placed signs will be empty. To write something on them you need to have feather in your hand. To change the text, you also need feather. While waxing, it is not possible to change the text on the sign, but after scraping off the wax with an ax, this possibility appears again. Each sign with text should keep its own text when destroyed to put it in another place.
