Rename Cleric to Alchemist

With a brewing stand as their workstation, and buying/selling potion ingredients, calling the villager a "cleric" has never made as much sense as calling them an "alchemist". While we're making big changes to villagers, we might as well make this one as well.

    While on this note of removing holy references from the game, also change the building from a "church" to something more fitting of an alchemist, like a magical hut.
