The recent EULA changes have created a new Minecraft where creativity is no longer encouraged. For years, players were allowed to make any kind of server, mod, build, video, or any other form of media with no repercussions. It was about honesty and transparency, trusting that the community could not only make their own amazing things, but those exact communities could enforce whatever rules as they see fit without any interference from either Mojang or Microsoft. Now, with the new EULA changes, those days are numbered. If the game is about encouraging player creativity, then these changes are taking most of that freedom away. There's a fine line between trying to protect your target audience, and outright harming the community as a whole, and that line has now been crossed. We do not want this game to die, but if these changes are to stay, then it's going to happen. I highly urge Mojang to reconsider these changes, it's going to cost you in the long run if nothing is done. I would also like to mention that this encourages censorship, as players are constantly being monitored.
Feedback devs, please, I ask you to leave this post open for discussion. Removing it would only further prove that community censorship is taking place. Censorship is already a major problem outside of Minecraft, it isn't needed inside of it, either
