Silencer Block

Since there's a lot of sound related things in the game now, i think there should be some blocks that will block the sound from being heard to players. EXAMPLE: (Room with walls as this block will be totally silent until going in.) this would be really helpful if there are caves near your base or if lots of mobs in a single room.
