This is just a snapshot. And it's already a good start.

this snapshot just sucks, it will make Minecraft boring, not to mention the other feature of the 1. 20 like the netherite upgrade that makes the game even more troublesome

I had a comment about this, but it didn't post when I clicked submit, so I'll summarize
Don't hide book behind the villages that don't naturally generate.
Don't put max rank on guaranteed master trades
Bring the RNG prices of books closer to the middle, the extreme high prices are frustrating and just increase the "gonna sit here and keep shuffling lecterns" and the really low prices are just as op as multiple curing. Both are bad, and mechanically would be an easier, less impactful change.

I do not mind the change to Librarians, I do mind the 2 big nerfs to them, and 1 problem.

I would offer that removing enchants and making it so they can only be obtained threw random process's is one bad nerf. Maybe make it so the Fletcher, and Fisher villagers have these enchants? Or give us some way of getting them that isn't just randomly grinding, as this makes fixing the random grinding for enchant villagers a half measure, and not a full one.

The 2nd big nerf is in the book levels. I honestly do not have a good solution for this one, I do agree it needs some kind of change, but as it is making max enchanted items can be a bit hard with combining books, this will full on make some enchants impossible and be an over all nerf to the game. I guess tweaking the max enchanting level could help fix this problem, or just give the higher level enchant as a reward for getting a villager to max level.

the Problem I see is that we are missing a few villages, making it so that you can not naturally find some of these things in the world, you need to go out of your way and build them up. This feels a bit wrong, and unnatural.

over all I think it is a interesting change that will improve the game if done right.

"For some players, this felt too random and made trading feel overpowered when compared to using the Enchanting Table or searching for Enchanted Books in structures."
For casual players, setting up a villager trading hall is already a huge pain as it is. If the enchanting table is underpowered, then fix the Enchanting Table.  We don't want to use the Enchanting Table because we want specific enchantments on our equipment, not random ones. (I always want all equipment to have Unbreaking 3 and Mending. I always want my tools to have Efficiency 5. I always want one pick with silk touch and one with fortune 3, etc.

Perhaps, introduce some sort of recipe/formula mechanic for enchanting tables and provide the recipes and/or ingredients in different villagers and other places. Making equipment exclusive to one location forces a specific playstyle. For example, the mending enchantment is exclusive to Villagers and fishing, so your forced to either fish, or sit and reroll villagers over and over. No wonder everyone rerolls Villagers over and over, the outcome is more predictable and once you get a villager with mending, you don't have to do it again for another villager. If you get a mending book from fishing, you're still at the mercy of randomness for another mending book.
