Make the Enchanting Table to have the charging mechanics of Respawn Anchor

The need to have Bookshelves surround the Enchanting Table with air blocks in-between in order to achieve a higher max level of enchantment somewhat stifles creativity in designing and decorating areas for enchanting. The current setup is also something new players not following guides or wikis would easily pick up on. My suggestion is that we redesign and revamp the enchanting table to instead be charged with Bookshelves much like how the Respawn Anchor is charged by Glowstone blocks. Make it so that the appearance of the reworked Enchanting Table changes depending on how many Bookshelves you "feed" it to indicate max level of enchantment. If you want to reset or lower the Enchanting Table's level, you just break it, and it will also drop the bookshelves it has been fed along with the table. Then just place the emptied Enchanting Table back. If we can also dye the surface cloth of the Enchanting Table to have other colors than red, that'd be nice too.
