Enchanted Books and Structures (In relation to the experimental changes)

Now that villagers don't have specific books, I feel like we should also give more logic to where enchanted books are found in structures. Nerfing librarians isn't the entire fix when it comes to the villager meta, there's also that enchantments don't feel great to obtain outside of villagers, here's one extra change that would help with the goal of making enchantment gathering feel equal within each method.

For example, you could find the Trident enchantments in ocean structures, as well as finding the Crossbow enchantments in for example, a pillager outpost or woodland mansions.

Even for enchantments found on the new librarians, you could make their locations in structures match the biome of the villager. Say, you'd have a decent chance at finding Efficiency books in Desert Temples.

This has already been seen with something like Swift Sneak or Soul Speed, where they have a specific location to get them, but I wouldn't outright remove these enchantments from the enchanting table unlike those two.

This could also be extended to fishing, where the enchantment pool can be made more specific with ocean and fishing related enchantments.
