Light Arrows

I think it would be super cool to have arrows that emit a decent amount of light. Whether it be a craftable item, glow ink tipped, maybe tipped with some other potion, maybe loot only, or whatever! I don’t know which way would be the most balanced but it seems like such an interesting feature that has so many possibilities of being implemented both late game or early game.
