Istead of making netherite gear difficult why don't you do this

Like, you guys could expand the way enchanting table could be used. Like you guys could use diamonds to be enchantanle through enchantment table, creating a magical gem which have different properties that have different uses, like, you could make it as a way to make special blocks to modify beacon properties and gives them different effects, making them usable for redstone contraptions like redstone lazer transmissors and optics stuffs, upgrade armor and gear with different effects or abilities, make power armors and power tools from those, allow players to use magic like it was a mod, but vanilla friendly, and also they could be used to power up golems and pets to gives them more utility. And you guys with that could also make mobs that have power stones incrusted into parts of their body as some sort of rare yet powerful mobs. Cus making the netherite gear difficult makes the game boring and annoying, so i wanted you guys use this as a better idea instead of just do the mood killer thing with netherite, cus it also that isn't lore-friendly
