Even though the Caves and Cliffs updates were fairly recent, and added several new features to the game, I still feel like the Mountains could use a little more life. For this, I was thinking maybe mountain lions could be added to the game as a neutral mob, behaving similar to the polar bear, which is one of the only mobs that are hostile in real life but added into Minecraft anyways. These mountain lions should not be able to be tamed, but you can distract them by dropping raw mutton, similar to how you can distract Piglins with gold, this feature could possibly save you from being attacked by a mama mountain lion. I was also thinking that golden eagles could be added as a tameable mob to the game, that you can tame with a goat horn (or sheep meat). Once tamed, they can be ordered to attack all hostile mobs, rest on your shoulder, or sit down with specialized goat horns that can be crafted by adding ingredients to goat horns. When these mobs are not tamed, they will hunt goats on the mountain peaks, as they do in real life, they will hunt similarly to the way wolves hunt sheep and how foxes hunt chickens. Anyways, I know this may not get many votes, but this is my idea for a possible revamp of the mountain biomes in the future.
