New boss fight! "Wizard" Illager!

Wizards are basically illagers in blue robe that can summon small minions and shoot fireballs. They drop a new item called Blue Wraith's robe, which can be used to create a minion that hover around over your head and can shoot fireballs, just like the Wizard! They have a 1 out of 50 chance to spawn in in a Wood mansion.

    1) make it WAY less rare, maybe 1/4

    2) it should spawn in raids, but only some of them
