nether block/item recipe parity

some nether blocks/items dont have parity recipes with each other

There are warped wart blocks but no warped warts. Warped warts should be a thing which can grow and be used for brewing recipes. There also should be blue nether bricks using these warped warts. Currently there are no fences for red nether bricks, or fence gates for both nether brick variants. Fence gates, fences, and wall variants should be available for each color of nether bricks, as well as chiseled and cracked variants of each.
