Totemless hardcore

Minecraft hardcore is all about having one life right? Well you should make it where totems don't drop from anything to have hardcore make more sense, after all, you only have one life.

    Seems unnecessary work when it doesn't matter in that setting anyway. You just don't use it.

    Maybe as a world creation option. Not a permanent change.
