Glow Effect and Obtaining Froglights

Spectral Arrows should be available to craft in both Bedrock and Java, and instead of using just Glowstone Dust to craft them they Could be crafted with Glow Ink Sac, Glowstone Dust, Glow Berries, and Glow Lichen. The Glow Effect should also be applied to all mobs involved in a raid when the village bell is rung by a player in all versions.

Froglights could be obtained by giving frogs Slimeballs causing the frogs to produce Mucus depending on the frog variant, and the Mucus is crafted with Glow Inc Sac, Glow Lichen, and Glowstone Dust in the middle of the crafting grid with the Mucus on the sides to create Froglights. This way still leaves a degree difficulty collecting ingredients and protects the Frogs against the dangers of the Nether, and having them eat dangerous magma cubes. These crafting recipes also allow for more uses of the Glow Lichen, Glow Inc Sac, and Glow Berries.
