So an issue i always run into with minecraft bedrock is texture packs. I often like up to 90% of an individual texture pack, and cant never find anything thats 100%, only 90% and lower. I've noticed something a bit interesting though, and that is theres alway a specfic type of block/mob that ill have the biggest problems with, due to such common usage. Those blocks/mobs are
- Glass/Glass Panes
- Wool/Carpet
- Allied Mobs (Cats, Wolves, Golems, Horses, Parrots, etc...)
- Armor and Weapons
- Background of world (Sky, Nether fog, End sky, etc)
So i thought, since these things are so specfic, maybe when we go to select texture packs, it can ask us to select them for these parts specifically? I think it might be easier to add than letting us change EVERY block with multiple texture packs but if thats possible that'd be even better. If not, breaking it up into categories like this might be nice. I dont think the rest of the blocks are too much of a concern granted the volume of them. Like i use stone a lot but if the texture pack messes it up, deepslate may look better anyways and ill just substitue the stone for deepslate, but if they ruin my glass, its painful! There nothing so transparent to let me see if creepers are around my house. Ice sometimes works but often the blue tint is too heavy for me to like.
