New Item Idea Wither Bone / Wither Bone Meal

The Wither Bone could be a drop for Wither's and Wither Skeletons (and possibly future related mobs) that would give people more purpose to find and kill them besides a beacon. Wither Bone could be used to create Wither Bone Meal which stalls or slows down plant growth much like how beeswax prevents the oxidization of copper. This would allow builders more freedom with builds in survival mode as they can make it so certain plant stages remain in their desired build, It could also be used as another method of creating black dye.
