Add Firework Rockets to End city Loot

Firework rockets should be in End City loot and in the loot from End Ships so players will be able to use their newfound elytra even if they do not have the paper and the gunpowder to craft them in the end city to use their elytra.

    This really needs more votes. It is a great idea and it makes a lot of sense. Also, firework rockets are not available anywhere else and have no other application than for use with an elytra. They literally have to be crafted, but I wouldn't mind finding them during End City busting!
