Evokers are a little too unique

I wish two things that are very similar. Why not make Evokers have a few more spells?They only have two (At this time, that I am aware of)! And on that track why not add a late-game item that uses 3 nether stars, 1 creeper head, An ender dragon head, and 3 blocks of diamond and have it let the player cast 150 spells of the Evoker before it breaks? I hope it will be in a near-future update!
