Why not add ice variants (Bricks, chiseled, polished...) like stone or an ice golem, boss, or dragon; what about adding ice caves with a new type of spikes like dripstone, Ice spikes! or adding some frozen fossils or frozen mobs, talking about freezing why not add an ability to freeze mobs by a weapon, an enchantment, a specific ice variant block, or the ice spikes themselves another cool thing is adding a new fortress to the snowy or icy biomes, and it doesn't have to be huge; or an underground dungeon with a snow type of zombie, like the Husk in the desert biome. also adding custom loot and mobs is appreciated!
