The game should have more variety of weapons for combat with different abilities, for example:
1. Spear (longer reach, slow attack spead, no sweep attack)
2. Dagger (small damage, high attack spead, very cheap, throwable, could be used in off-hand with another weapon in the main hand)
3. Greatsword (high damage, requires both hands to use, a bit longer reach than a normal sword)
4. Halbeard (high damage, requires both hands to use, longer reach, slow attack spead, maybe could block a shield)
5. Sling (ranged, cheap, cheap ammo, small damage)
6. Longbow and shortbow (variants of the bow, better range and damage, but slower for the longbow; worse range and damage, but faster for the shortbow)
Also, some of the smaller weapons (daggers, maybe swords) could be used in off-hand instead of shield or totem to deal more damage.
