Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Enchantment runes

a special new item you can add with gear in an enchantment table to add rarer more powerful enchantments 3 different types, armor enchantment rune, and same for tool rune, and weapon rune. it can look like a clay tablet infused with something like lapis lazuli with enchantment table language or Greek runes on it, it could work well with the archelogy in 1.20 and make getting good gear less easy.

    could be a fun way to take the template concept and the smithing table to make a practical effect. It could even do a little RPG vibe with several runes but only can add 1 to an item. Adding a little more damage, speed, protection, range, or small property like reduce enemy speed.

    Instead of Greek runes what about Elder Futhark ( look it up if you don’t know what it is) runes.
    Runic pottery sherds will be cool as well
