Frost Walker for horses, camels, and other ridable animals.

Since there is a Horse armor in the game, it doesn't make sense that we can't enchant it with frost walker. If we could enchant it with frost walker, it would make walking across rivers and oceans alot easier. It would also help with taking donkeys across long areas.

TLDR: Horses should have frost walker for travel.
