Command to disable recipe unlock

Currently the recipe unlock is an experimental feature on bedrock edition. But I was thinking once it gets implemented into the game, a command could be added, called /disable recipeunlock whereby it will disable recipe unlock

How it works: when the command /disable recipeunlock is entered, recipe unlock will be disabled and all crafting recipes will automatically be shown
