Rivers, streams and water falls update

river now days are just corridors full of water connecting to a ocean, i would like to see rivers strart from a mountain or higher elevetion and flow down into the ocean creating delta at the end. This could also work with smaler stream flowing to a lake and/or have water falls along the way
