Make it so the Deep Dark portal is lightable

We havent got a new dimension in like ten years. It would be very cool if the Deep Dark portal would be lightable. Just imagine whats on the other side. Of course I'm ready for it not to be created, but it would be so cool! Btw sorry for bad English
