New magical item "collar" for pets to not be grow up.

Add new item like magical collar for animals. And with this collar pets never will grow up. I think the baby animals so cute! So I want to save their cuteness with this new item.

You can find this item in ancient city, because it's magically place, and it looks like not growing place. Maybe you will can trade this item with villagers, maybe even add new villager "animalist" or like.
