Maple Tree Concept

Maple trees are something the community has been asking for, and has already implemented many times in mods. I think adding these colorful trees into the base game would be a welcome addition to the game. The Maple tree would have a single wood type but many colorful leaf colors. Two trees in the same forest may have this different colored leaves. On the topic of collecting these leaves, I think a reasonable method for farming would to make the Saplings dye-able. A few select dyes would be compatible with the tree, and the tree would grow with the corresponding dye used. If no dye is used the tree will have a random leaf color. The door and trap door designs are up to Mojang to decide. The Wood color should align in a banana yellow or pinkish tan color. The Maple tree should tie in with Maple Syrup. Sap should be collectable from the tree, maybe from a new or existing item.
