Faster, More Costly Minecarts and Powered Rails

As we all know Minecarts have become one of the slowest modes of transportation within the game. The Furnace Minecart is slow but incredibly useful. If the recipe could instead be changed to a Blast Furnace and a Minecart, it would be more expensive, however the bonus would be it could move at 12 blocks a second and pull up to 10 or more Minecarts. The powered rails could also use some tweakinging. In a snapshot some time ago the minecart could go up to 25 block a second, so lets bring that back by boosting the powered rails. The powered rail recipe could be made more expensive (possibly requiring diamonds / netherite, or more obscure things like amethist), but boost the speed of a Minecart to 20 block a second. Also, when going down hill a Minecart could reach about 30 blocks a second, the same speed could also be achieved when pairing the Furnace Minecart with Powered Rails. However, this new speed buff could have a downside. These downsides could include: when going 30 block a second for over 10 seconds the Minecart has a chance to derail, same when going over turns.
