New mob for mob vote: The Mikwil

My suggestion is to add the Mikwil, to minecraft (as a mob that can be voted in a future mob vote). You can find this mob in a desert or a Savana biome. It is a peaceful mob that turns up only when you have planted some crops near water in those biomes. It comes from the ground and digs to the surface. then bone-meals the crops and wanders around. If other crops need bonemeal it can do it again. It also never despawns. It can be breeded with the the new torchflower.

    Tip: if you combine the mikwil with bees and villagers, you can create a successful farm for carrots and other crops.
