Joystick Deadzone

Settings for the deadzone on the console controller need to be added, please.  I can't even play it anymore and I'm not willing to buy a fourth controller over it.

    Ive seen so many suggestions about this page some nearly 2 years ago. Can we please just dedicate one week to build this feature to improve all controller players gaming experience
