Armour shouldn't drop on dying along with 1 item in hand at time of dying

Armour should be retained after dying along with 1 item in hand at the time of dying , this will make the game more enjoyable and allow us to take more risks , as in majority of high stake situations like in nether or during adventures we refrain from taking our main gear in the fear of losing it

    I think this should be a gamerule not a defult feture.
