This would be crafted with 1 apple, 3 sugar, and a stick. The crafting table recipe would be the apple in the middle, sugar at the top, left, and right, and the stick at the bottom.
It would give you 8 seconds of speed.
It wouldn't give you any points of hunger since that would be like saying these are better for you than normal apples.
After consumption, you would regain the stick.
They won't be able to stack (because that's overpowered, though because of the stick they wouldn't be able to anyway).
