Lets talk about Saddled Horses

Give a saddled horse automatic "loyalty".  Placing a saddle on a horse will cause it to stay where it is, or where it is when you dismount. It is super annoying to have your saddled horse immediately run off as soon as you dismount, so that you have to carry around a lead and a fence post if you don't want to potentially lose your horse or have to run off to find it. 
Alternatively you could give us the option to enchant a saddle with "loyalty" so that the saddled horse does not run off.
