Mobs run away from detonating creeper

This mechanic was in the game before, but was removed due to poor optimization. I suggest that it be in the game, BUT: 1. Applied only to intelligent creatures of the upper world (Skeleton, Illadzhery, Villagers); 2. Was optional through Game Rules.
