Add (wave’s) or (under tows) to the ocean

In Minecraft the ocean is flat in real life if there is no waves crashing into the shore that means there is an under tow/rip curent so I suggest adding wave’s or making the water at the ocean shore under tows.

  The player will get sucked to the bottom of the ocean
