Endermites need to go

I really hope someone sees this. I was playing on realms with a friend we were in the end. I used an ender pearl and the little bug spawned and hit me I lost full netherrite and everything else. This was totally unluckyness I remember that’s why the lightening rod was added to remove stuff like this can you please remove this or give it an option to remove it please
