Recording lathe block for making custom music disks in game

the Recording lathe block would allow players to record environment sounds onto a new item called "empty disk" 

the lathe would record all sounds near it (say 10 blocks) and be permanently recorded like a signed book.

you could get empty disks by passing any disk through an anvil too.

good aspects about this feature:

• more music variety.
• having noteblock music not having to be automated with redstone in a big machine.
• would be nice to set up a band with friends on a server and each play a different noteblock instrument sound and record a song with the lathe block.
• would expect to have 2-4 minutes of recording per disc
• you could also record environment sounds like mobs and play them with a tripwire in places such as a haunted house. (inspired by jungle temple arrow shooter)
