ruby idea

material that will only be like a new dye for armor and no, it would not be the same color as redstone, you can only find it in structures

    There can be better uses for a ruby than dye (which doesn't make sense to do from a crystal anyway).

    Ruby's are awesome maybe tools or armor. Or it can be a trade currency for villager but a more valuable one that gives u discounted prices more then just zombie curing a villager. More gems in the game would be a great idea for more cave exploration.

    I have one too maybe you can with pillagers with it like villagers with emeralds and piglins and gold
